How long does it take to receive an exchange?

We process returns in order of receipt. They are normally processed within 1-5 working days. We will notify you by email when we process your return. Unless you have paid again for express delivery, your exchange will be sent with our standard service which is normally 2-5 working days for UK orders. If you need your exchange quicker, we recommend ordering again and returning your order for a refund.
