Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange your hat for a different size or colour. 


Please include the return slip or a note indicating your exchange requirements. 


If you would like a different style, please order the new style separately and return your order for a refund. You can add a note with your return indicating your new order number so the returns label won't be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your exchange requirement is unavailable, we will notify you and refund you.


Exchanges are processed in order of receipt. This is normally within 1-5 working days. 


Unless you have paid again for express delivery, your exchange will be sent with our standard service which is normally 2-5 working days for UK orders. If you need your exchange quicker, we recommend ordering again and returning your order for a refund.


Please note we can only cover the cost of a returns label and postage for one exchange. If you need to exchange again, please place a new order.


If you need an exchange quickly, it would be advisable to order your exchange and return your item for a refund. Just add a note with your return to say you have already exchanged it and include the order number for the exchange and we will not deduct the cost of the returns label.
