Please note we are an online retailer so we have a warehouse and not a shop. We are not always at the warehouse and we are not open to the public.
Our operating hours are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
We are closed on Bank Holidays and weekends.
How long does it take to respond to emails/messages/letters?
Most often, it is straight away or within a few hours (during our operating hours) on normal working days. We aim to get back to you within 1 working day.
