How do I pay my country's taxes and customs charges?

When you checkout outside of the UK, VAT will be removed but you will need to pay your country's taxes and custom charges before you receive your order.
Your postal or courier company will contact you when your order has been received in your country and they will advise you how you pay the charges. They normally send an SMS, email and post a letter to you and they will provide the same tracking number that we have given you when we dispatch your order. Once you have paid the charges, they will release the parcel to be delivered to you.
